(In no particular order)
Mushroom Gorge gap jump:
Charge a blue or orange mini turbo and release it just after you reach the coins, then use the mushroom and hop at the edge of the grass. Click here for a video of it!
The orange mini turbo makes the shortcut easier, but you risk flying into the off-road.
Snow Land gap jump:
Charge an orange mini turbo and then mushroom as you reach the snow (aim for the snow man or slightly right) then hop off the edge. Click here for a video of it!
Big Blue shortcuts:
The first shortcut: Drift off the edge and hold the drift in the air. Hold slightly down* on the joystick so you stay in the air.
The ultra shortcut: Drift off the edge and hold the drift through the air. Hold down and slightly left on the joystick.

*Holding down on the joystick makes your vehicle stay in the air.
DK Summit gap jump:
Charge a blue mini turbo and release it before going over the first gap; next, charge an orange mini turbo, turn left slightly and release the mini turbo off the edge. Click here for a video of it!
Dragon Driftway gap jump:
Charge a purple mini turbo, release it, do two left hops, and charge a blue mini turbo. Next, release it and hop somewhere in between the blue and gold lines. Click here for a video of it!
Dry Dry Desert ultra shortcut:
As long as you know where it is, it’s not too difficult to pull off. Click here for a video of the Golden Mushroom version!
